**THE ROLE**

Responsible for the success of our Marketing department, this position is an integral part of Thendro’s future performance. Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing you will be a manager with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

**KEY DELIVERABLE / DUTIES**
- Management of internal reporting, including P&Ls, KPI’s, goals and performance analysis.
- Developing marketing plans that set goals for increasing revenue, market share, and brand awareness
- Identifying new business opportunities by researching new technologies, markets, and competitors
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services in retail stores
- Designing advertising campaigns that create brand awareness, generate leads, and promote sales
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Management of Department budget
- Creating an effective store environment that will attract customers with visual appeal, comfort, and convenience

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 2 years’ Management experience in Marketing & Media
- Demonstrated experience in optimising website sales and performance
- A high level of Google Analytics, Meta, Dot Digital and Wix experience a MUST.
- Passion for Marketing with a strong focus on Commercial Sustainability
- Strong Knowledge and usage of digital analytics tools and methods for measuring success.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confidence in presenting and collaborating with different stakeholders
- Digital Marketing and marketing automation experience highly regarded
- Experience with Netsuite preferred, but not required

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
