Our store is a haven for fashion enthusiasts who appreciate timeless style and quality craftsmanship. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our boutique.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Store Operations**:

- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage inventory levels, stock management, and merchandising.
- Ensure the store meets sales targets and profitability goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- **Sales & Customer Experience**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Provide personalised shopping experiences for customers.
- Handle high-value transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including managing a VIP client list.
- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online and in-store traffic.
- Manage the store's social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
- Collaborate with influencers and stylists to promote the boutique's offerings.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Create visually appealing displays that reflect the brand’s luxury image.
- Ensure the store layout is inviting and highlights key products.
- **Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock turnover.
- Work closely with suppliers to source and restock high-demand items.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock discrepancies.
- **Financial Management**:

- Prepare sales reports and analyse performance metrics.
- Implement strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the luxury retail or fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of designer brands and vintage fashion.
- Experience in social media marketing, including content creation and strategy.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: $47,383.57 - $74,001.66 per year
