We are currently the fastest growing retailer & dealer in the Australian Drone market and are looking to add to our sales team. Currently we have retail outlets in 8 key locations with Brunswick being our center of operations.

At D1, we specialize in DJI products as we are the First and Only Authorised Retail Store in Australia and one of the key DJI Enterprise Dealers. Our inventory also consists of accessories from a range of different brands including PGYTECH, GPC, UGREEN and D1 Labs.

Our success has been attributed to our passionate team, company philosophy of continuous improvement and our high level of customer service and product knowledge. This is backed by our stores having well over 3000 ratings ranging from 4.6 to 4.9.

About the Role

We are looking for a Copywriter & Marketing Assistant to join our National Marketing Team at our Head Office located in Brunswick. This is an office based role.

You will be trained by our team on the different range of products, technology and the marketing strategies we currently use and implement. We believe in our staff using the products to get a better understanding of how it all works, so there will be heaps of opportunities to learn the products and grow your knowledge and skills.

The key responsibilities of the role is generating written content for our website, blogs, EDM and social media along with assisting with our marketing campaigns.

There are definitely opportunities to grow into further roles as the company continues to grow. We’ll have opportunities for content creation, marketing analytics, marketing lead and lots more.

What your responsibilities will be:

- Developing and defining our tone for customer communications that aligns with our strategy, our vibe.
- Ideation in brainstorming, planning and execution with our Marketing Team.
- Monitoring and responding to enquiries, concerns and comments.
- Scheduling and proofing content to be posted across our platforms and social media.
- Working closely with our SEO partners to optimize our website.
- Working with our different teams to develop strategies that may solve their concerns.
- Creating content to be posted, whether that is photo editing or video editing (however not necessary)
- Tasks set out by Managers

- Copywriting experience
- Strong attention to detail

Notes

Please note that knowledge of drones or the drone industry is not necessarily needed, if you’re a fast learner, you will pick everything up fast and our team will train you up.

However, If you’ve got experience with Drones, Thermal Imaging, 3D Mapping, Surveying, Photography or Videography, please include that on your cover letter.

**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
