**The Role**
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for the general day to day facility operations, management of maintenance/repairs and fleet/equipment coordination across Melbourne, Sydney and regional offices. You will have support from an admin team who you will delegate tasks to and work with a Manager who will broaden your responsibilities over time. This position is based in the Port Melbourne Head Office, however will require you, from time to time, to travel regionally and interstate to Biosis’ other sites as required by the organisation.

Key responsibilities include the following:

- Primary contact for all matters relating to building, workshop, vehicle, and equipment maintenance
- Management of building contracts/service providers
- Coordination and management of repairs and all maintenance work from start to end
- Assisting the Services Manager with day-to-day operations of premium assets
- Maintaining and updating asset registers, supporting documentation and equipment
- Project management including office moves, modifications or refurbishments
- Co-ordination of purchase orders and invoice processing

**Key skills required**:

- Strong administrative and coordination experience, including experience within facilities coordination/management
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to prioritise tasks and deliver outcomes within required time frames
- A positive and flexible attitude to meet the needs of the organisation
- Motivation to grow and develop over time
