**Your Mission**:
LiveTiles is hiring a full-time Employee Experience Consultant who is an expert in the field of employee experience. You are someone with a passion for revolutionizing the way people connect and engage in the workplace, and you enjoy working with customers to understand and solve complex problems that face today’s workforce across a range of industries and departments.

**What you'll do**:

- Represent LiveTiles' values and business benefits to existing and prospective customers and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and lead consultative sales approaches in one-to-one and one-to-many employee experience engagements
- Work with prospective customers to understand and uncover problems related to employee experience and engagement and offer solutions that align with LiveTiles EX approaches and best practices
- Create and deliver presentations to customers and prospects that narrate the art of the possible and speak to LiveTiles' EX solutions
- Become a trusted advisor to our customers, capture and document successful stories and share EX best practices to scale across a range of industries
- Participate in strategic company meetings; collaborate with sales leadership to ideate and evolve LiveTiles' solutions, expand customer reach, and grow your respective market/territory
- Meet revenue targets and support engagement objectives as required
- Maintain knowledge of current market/industry trends within EX and changes within the competitive landscape

**What are we looking for?**
- 4+ years’ experience in employee experience consulting, organizational development, organizational psychology, or a related field
- Ability to translate customer constraints into practical EX solutions that are aligned with LiveTiles products and services offerings
- A passion for engaging with customers, building deep and lasting relationships and connecting people with solutions
- Experience in strategic planning and collaboration with executive, technology, sales, marketing, product development and key operational leadership
- A can-do attitude, flexibility, and a warm and genuine approach to customers
