Our First Nations Program and Participation Lead has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and collaborative Employee Experience Specialist to join her in building cultural capability and strengthening the career paths for First Nations peoples at AECOM

As the First Nations Employee Experience Specialist you will play a key advocacy role for our First Nations employees. Reporting directly to our Talent Acquisition Manager, ANZ, this role will see you developing and delivering key recruitment initiatives and programs, broadening direct engagement with First Nations communities and increasing participation of First Nations employees at AECOM.

As a champion of change, you will support First Nations employees across the full employee lifecycle, including involvement across Talent Management, Learning, Culture & engagement and Onboarding, contributing to a culturally safe workplace, enabling connection, learning and respect.

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this critical role, you will have demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures, particularly in the context of First Nations employment. You will have previous experience working in First Nations employment with a keen eye for detail and a focus on action and results.

Your ability to build relationships and influence outcomes will be key to your success.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Prior experience working within a medium to large sized corporate environment will be beneficial but not essential
