The People and Culture department at Peter Mac are committed to excellence and continuous improvement, every day.

Supported by a team of collaborative and dedicated professionals, the Employee Relations Consultant will support enterprise bargaining processes, undertake critical projects aimed at ensuring the organisation has in place contemporary, competitive and compliant remuneration and contractual frameworks and provide specialist advice and support on a wide range of employment matters to managers and staff across Peter Mac.
- Technical expertise in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations (preferably in health or like-sectors)
- Experience in a large, complex organisation, with proven delivery even amongst competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong personal alignment with Peter Mac’s values of Compassion, Excellence and Innovation
