**Your New Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our passionate team of Employee Onboarding & Experience consultants within the Talent & Workforce Acquisition team. This team sits within Australian Unity’s broader People & Culture function, offering great opportunities for future career development.

As an Employee Onboarding & Experience Consultant, you’ll be partnering with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to create a supportive and seamless onboarding journey, ensuring the beginning of employment with Australian Unity sets the scene for a great place to work.

**Your New Role Looks Like This**:

- Efficiently & accurately generating contracts, background checks, managing new starter documentation and system set up.
- Maintaining call/query handling targets within service level agreements.
- Adherence to company policies & legal obligations for all new starters, including monitoring processes to identify, assess & resolve risks quickly and effectively
- Contribute to People & Culture projects where required to improve the employee experience episode transformation.

**About You**:
Without you, recruitment stops. Your eye for detail and passion for service will drive you to efficiently and accurately generate contracts, background checks, manage new starter documentation and system set up.

**Some of the key things we are looking for**:

- Experience developed within a similar role
- Whilst not mandatory, qualifications within Human Resources would be highly regarded
- Proactive, engaged and collaborative approach to your work
- Strong customer service experience and solid computer literacy - SuccessFactors and Service Now experience highly desirable however not essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting priorities and manage expectations within tight timeframes
- Well-developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build rapport, interact effectively at all levels and provide support and advice
