This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading, top 50 ASX Australian company with a workforce in the thousands and a market leading range of products and services. Following business growth and internal movements, our client is now seeking to recruit a People and Culture Consultant to support a fast moving and dynamic business group.
This role is a 12 month fixed-term contract and can be based out of
**Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide**. You'll need to be able to attend the office a minimum of 2 days a week in either of these locations.
You'll be working in a collaborative team which is made up of 6 Employee Relations Consultants and 2 Senior Consultants.
**The Role**
Reporting to Manager - ER Consulting team. This role would include:
- Provide advice and support to managers in the areas of performance management and misconduct disciplinary procedures.
- Conduct people investigations into complaints of discrimination, harassment and bullying ensuring procedural fairness and sound judgement.
- Coach managers in all areas of people management issues/ cases, providing templates, meeting notifications, warning notices etc.
- Support the transfer of skills to manager encouraging them to take ownership of people matters.
- Support the business by providing analysis and identify insights, trends and recommendations to improve business or people initiatives and minimise risk.
- Ensure that all advice and management of cases is in accordance with Company policy and procedures, employment agreements, and relevant legislation.
- Ensure report writing quality is of a high calibre and continuously work to improve and develop capability in this area
You should have solid experience with Employee and Industrial Relations/currently or previously been an HR Advisor for at least 3+ years experience within the space.
