Greenfield HR Manager opportunity in a highly successful, well-known construction & manufacturing company

**Your new company**

Your new organisation is an Aussie-owned, highly-successful construction business consistently developing and growing their offering and branching into new markets. Based in Pakenham, this recent growth, but also future growth plans, have established the need for a newly-created HR Manager position.

**Your new role**

As the HR Manager, your role will be to review current procedures and policies in place and develop them further, as well as establishing and implement new frameworks for all key HR functions. While there are some basic structures in place, this is your opportunity to flex your skills and take ownership of developing a professional HR function and the change management process.

This will include (but is not limited to):

- Redeveloping and implementing processes for: Onboarding & Induction; Training & Development; Remuneration & Benefits; Recruitment; Performance Management
- Employee & Industrial Relations including investigations as required
- Culture, wellbeing & retention practices
- Supporting the OHS & Payroll teams in relation to policy & procedure

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong experience in HR Management positions, ideally in greenfield roles or else experience establishing HR frameworks/policies/procedures
- High level of stakeholder management & communication skills; and experience working with, and influencing, leadership teams
- General understanding of RTW and Workcover framework

**What you'll get in return**
- $130k - $150k + super, depending on your experience in building HR functions
