**About Your New Role**:
The EA will provide secretarial and administrative support to the GM, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the GM is prepared and informed on relevant matters. They proactively anticipate the needs of the GM and competently execute necessary tasks, with mínimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintain the diary and calendar of the GM and arranging/ coordinating meetings and interviews
- Act as the second point of contact for all agents
- Create, monitor and update internal staff documentation
- Assist with recruitment and advertising for new roles across all divisions
- Assist with compliance matters across all division, as required
- Ensure performance management of MITA requirements, liaising with appropriate internal and external stakeholders on these matters
- Handle the onboarding and offboarding of all agents
- Handle retrieving and inserting information into contracts for agents and conjunctional agreements
- Ensure compulsory professional development is up to date for all relevant staff

**Selection Criteria**:

- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a support partner or PA to an agent, or in a similar role in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels
- Ability to quickly dictate and pick out crucial/ relevant information
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Brilliant at problem solving and providing tailored solutions
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills to meet competing deadlines
- Strong computer and administrative skills including a detailed understanding of Microsoft software
- High attention to detail
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
