As an Event Organizer at Art Masterclass, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of our workshops across Australia. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each event is seamlessly executed, leaving participants inspired and satisfied. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine your organizational skills with your passion for the arts.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Event Planning**: Coordinate all aspects of workshop events, including venue selection, scheduling, and logistics.

2. **Vendor Management**: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to secure materials, equipment, and other necessary resources for each workshop.

3. **Participant Communication**: Communicate with participants before, during, and after events to provide necessary information and ensure a positive experience.

4. **On-Site Coordination**: Oversee event setup, registration, and activities to ensure smooth operation and attendee satisfaction.

5. **Problem Solving**: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during events, finding creative solutions to ensure a successful outcome.

6. **Marketing Support**: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote workshops and increase participation.

7. **Feedback Analysis**: Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate event effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:
1. **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

2. **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with participants, vendors, and team members.

3. **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in event execution.

4. **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Proven ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

5. **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

6. **Passion for the Arts**: Genuine interest in and appreciation for the arts, with a desire to share that passion with others.

7. **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.

8. Must have a t least 2 years of employment in the nominated occupation and hold the relevant qualifications required for the position. AQF Advanced DIploma or Diploma
