Learning and Development Specialist

TechnologyOne now has an opening for a full-time Learning and Development Specialist in Brisbane. It is an exciting time to be a part of TechnologyOne’s learning team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives across the entire business including creating leadership development programs, capability building and delivering engaging onboarding experiences for our new starters.

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will deliver learning programs that enhance organisational capability, build TechnologyOne’s talent pipeline, nurture career paths, and support the achievement of strategic and commercial objectives. You’ll be a key part of the People and Culture team, making a difference to the careers and capability of our team members across the globe.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Create tailored learning programs for graduates up to senior management level that align with design and delivery methodologies
- Delivering engaging on-boarding and inductions to help people hit the ground running and understand the culture and values of TechnologyOne
- Engage with the business on learning support to identify core business challenges, then assess, plan, design, develop and implement the learning solution for the organisation
- Conceptualise, design, and develop e-learning, face-to-face and blended learning materials that are engaging and innovative
- Analyse training feedback and metrics to diagnose gaps, identify opportunities and implement change to ensure content is current, relevant and delivered in the most efficient and effective manner
- Maintain and enhance TechnologyOne’s Career Framework to build capability and career paths across the organisation.
- Drive engagement with our Learning Management System and developing a learning culture
- Work closely with the People & Culture Business Partners and the wider People & Culture team to ensure that business learning needs are met

**What you’ll need**

You will be an experienced learning and development practitioner with the following:

- More than 3 year’s experience in the L&D, HR or change management fields
- You are an expert in program facilitation, and feel your most comfortable when delivering engaging learning experiences to groups of people
- Demonstrated track record of managing and delivering multiple projects at any one time
- Experience in the design, implementation, and facilitation of soft skill programs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines
- An optimistic, flexible and engaging style of working
