**About the Role**

As the Manager, Data Migrations, you’ll lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering critical data migration services in a fast-paced, complex environment. Leveraging your expertise in data technologies and leadership, you’ll ensure the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of our data migration landscape. You’ll also foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring your team to meet and exceed customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic Focus**
- Develop data migration strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Support the Corporate Markets technology roadmap and programs.
- Drive continuous improvement across data migration and ETL processes.
- Optimize team performance and deliver cost-efficient outcomes.

**People Leadership**
- Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring technical expertise and engagement.
- Identify and address training needs to upskill team members.
- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and support career development.

**Operational Management**
- Oversee ETL processes across multiple platforms and ensure high-quality data migrations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure timely delivery of migration services.
- Develop and document test procedures to achieve accurate reconciliation and business outcomes.
- Recommend and implement improvements to ETL tools and processes.

**Governance & Risk**
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and security requirements.
- Own and resolve risk and audit items related to data migration.
- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to best practices.

**About You**
To excel in this role, you’ll bring:

- Proven leadership and people management skills in a complex environment.
- Expertise in delivering data migration initiatives, with strong stakeholder management.
- Solid technical experience with data migration tools such as Oracle, SQL, and Informatica essential
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.

**Preferred Technical Experience**
- In-depth understanding of database architectures, data validation, and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of structured programming methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with data cleaning, updating, and management techniques.
