Our client is a global leading company providing quality and sophisticated logistics solution based on its vast experience and accumulated technological capabilities. They are currently seeking an Operation/Billing Data Management Officer to join their team in Parramatta.

**Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**
- Data management shall process Gen. Tariff in timely manner.
- Provide assistance to a Billing team ad hoc admin job including filing docs.
- File Return Order and check current status
- RA creating check
- Check TO List, Monitoring information
- Shipment creation Monitoring
- Manifests creation and Monitoring
- Check and file current status of Return Pick-up Booking
- Verify Quote and support amount validation check of billing summary
- Reporting to manager on request, daily, weekly
- Monthly closing
- Ad-hoc duty

**Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience**
- Experience in a desktop support environment.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Group policy management (active directory)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft (Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy in work

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 15/11/2021
