About the Role:
As a **Business Development Representative**, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and convert opportunities into revenue. Here’s what you’ll do:

- **Identify Opportunities**: Visit businesses across Canberra to identify potential clients in key industries such as healthcare, offices, retail, and warehousing.
- **Engage Decision-Makers**: Approach business owners and managers, explain the benefits of our cleaning solutions, and gain their trust in our services.
- **Secure Leads**: Get customers to agree to a free cleaning quote, capture photos of the spaces to be cleaned, and forward them to our quoting team.
- **Progress to Sales**: Once trained, you’ll conduct on-site quotes and close deals, earning even more in commissions.

Salary and Earning Potential:

- **Phase 1 (Initial)**: Earn **$100 per hot lead** (a hot lead is a business that agrees to receive a cleaning quote).
- **Phase 2 (Advanced)**: After training in quoting, you’ll earn **commissions equal to the first month’s contract fees** for deals you close (typical contracts average **$1,000 per month**).

**Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
- A smartphone with a good-quality camera.
- ABN (Australian Business Number) preferred for commission-based payments.
