Reporting to the Portfolio Change Lead (Group IT), the Change Analyst (Group IT) is a trusted member of the Group IT Portfolio Delivery Team. The Change Analyst will provide Change Management support and delivery across the Group IT change portfolio to “humanise” the change journey for the impacted people and their leaders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide end-to-end change management support, delivery, and advice on a program of changes involving separation of platforms as part of a divestment initiative
- Provide end-to-end change management support, delivery, and advice on a program of changes involving the transformation of business solutions for the marketing, sales, finance, and people functions
- Conduct Change Management analysis and planning and align Group IT leadership team, program sponsor, delivery teams, and key stakeholders on the change plan
- Develop communication narratives, key messages, and responses to change risks in collaboration with Group IT leadership teams and portfolio delivery teams

Key Challenges:

- Navigating within an extensive, complex, and dynamic change landscape with in-flight divestment and acquisitions activities
- Working in a global working environment with varied time zones

About you
- At least 3-5 years of experience in providing end-to-end Change Management support, delivery, and advice in large and complex change programs
- Hands-on experience in system and technology implementations
- Ability to work collaboratively, effectively and efficiently with program teams, engage with business stakeholders at all levels and drive the connection between the program and the people impacted by the changes in Australia and countries in the Northern Hemisphere
