**Your Team**

The Chief Technology Office (CTO) team ensures that CommBank has world-class innovative technology that creates amazing experiences for our customers and colleagues while also supporting the objectives of our Group Strategy.

**Do work that matters**

As a Change Manager you will lead initiatives impacting thousands of people, giving you the opportunity to use your agile mindset, think creatively and deliver high quality change interventions that are fit for purpose. Working closely with the Product Owners, scrum teams and key stakeholders to understand and manage the change for your initiative, you will lead the approach and delivery ensuring effective and sustainable embedding of change.

This key role will manage various critical elements of the delivery of our change programs and responsibilities include:

- Lead the effective delivery of the change solution; working cross functionally to ensure the change outcomes are successfully achieved.
- Facilitate change management activities to deliver a comprehensive change management approach; developing fit-for-purpose change solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption.
- Provide change advice to delivery teams; stakeholders and senior leaders; working as a key business partner/advisor.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments that reflect an understanding of the impact of the change on the business and other areas of the Group, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed.
- Contribute to the development of change objectives and measures of success.
- Design and develop change collateral as required (e.g. presentations, training materials, communications and reference material).
- Transition change into business as usual, using metrics to monitor progress /adoption / sustainability.
- Be an active participant of the Change team and Change Practice, contributing to advancing Change Management at CBA
