Melbourne, Australia Intellihub Full time

**Company Description**
At Intellihub, we're not just about metering and data solutions - we're about our people. Our team of passionate individuals drives our mission to simplify the energy transition and make a real difference in the lives of millions of people across Australia and New Zealand. But our success is not just measured by numbers. It's measured by the diverse and inclusive culture we foster within our team, where everyone is valued and given equal opportunities to thrive in a positive, safe and productive workplace.

Providing smart metering devices and services to over 50 energy retailers across ANZ, our reach is growing rapidly. But the true breadth of what we do goes beyond the meter, touching everything from solar to water, virtual power plants to electric vehicle charging.

The Behind the Meter (BtM) team delivers products and services to businesses (B2B) and their customers (B2B2C), shaping strategy based on market insights and customer needs. They drive product promotion, align with the Growth Markets team, and use multi-channel tactics to generate leads, build client relationships, and grow revenue.

**Your role**

The Reporting and Insights Analyst will play a critical role in shaping our understanding of business performance, customer behaviour, and product outcomes. This is a newly created role, and will be responsible for:

- Building and maintaining intuitive dashboards and reporting tools to track BTM performance, customer engagement, operational efficiency, compliance requirements and financial metrics.
- Analysing customer behaviour and feedback to uncover trends and insights that drive product, marketing, and service improvements.
- Providing clear, actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) based on data insights.
- Delivering regular and ad hoc reporting for leadership and board-level presentations with meaningful commentary and strategic insights.
- Measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, pricing tests, onboarding journeys, and retention strategies.
- Working with IT and product teams to integrate data from the CRM, billing platform, installation systems, and other related platforms into unified reports.
- Leveraging commercial models to project BTM growth, revenue, and operational needs under different scenarios.
- Ensuring accuracy and reliability of reporting by identifying data discrepancies and driving resolution processes.
- Advocating for and support data literacy across the BTM team, training stakeholders on reporting tools and metrics interpretation.

**About You**

You're a data storyteller with a knack for numbers, turning insights into impact. You love diving into performance metrics, customer behaviour, and product outcomes to help the business achieve amazing results. In addition to this, you will have:

- The ability to thrive on solving problems through data and have the curiosity to dig beneath the surface to find meaningful answers.
- Advanced skills in Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI. Working knowledge of Hubspot is a plus.
- Ability to connect data insights to real-world outcomes and align reporting with strategic business goals.
- Capable of presenting complex data in clear, concise ways to non-technical stakeholders.
- Precision matters in your work—every number, chart, and insight is double-checked and purposeful.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Works well with cross-functional teams and contributes to a positive, solution-focused culture.

**Additional Information**
We offer a dynamic and inclusive workplace that values collaboration and diversity. With a flexible hybrid working mode, we prioritise work-life balance while fostering personal and professional growth. Our innovative culture provides opportunities for career development, access to industry-leading tools, and a strong commitment to employee well-being, all supported by a competitive salary and benefits package.
