**The Role**

We are partnering with a well-known Australian retailer to find a Reporting Analyst who will pay a crucial role in the organisation to deliver key workforce management metrics that will guide strategic decisions. Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for producing, analysing, and interpreting data to improve workforce management practices and ensure financial stability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Delivering monthly, weekly, and daily reporting on workforce management metrics.
- Leading analyses on store rostering practices to identify areas of opportunity or improvement.
- Producing financial status updates to inform budget management and decisions.
- Supporting the WFM metric review to identify the key performance indicators for strong workforce management practices.
- Supporting the roster reset initiative to provide a data-driven schedule baseline for all stores and drive a layering approach to BAU rostering.
- Monitoring the workforce planning Jira & inbox, triaging data-related queries, and responding or escalating appropriately.
- Supporting ad hoc reporting requests from internal stakeholders through requirements gathering, data scoping, and proposing solutions.

**About you**

You have exceptional ability to pivot and your excellent communication skills will be valued as you liaise with stakeholders. To excel in this role you should possess the following skills and experience:

- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in Tableau.
- Comfortable using SQL to extract, transform, or reconcile data.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to communicate using everyday language.
- Previous experience maintaining or extending financial models.
