**The Role**

Working within the Customer Contact Centre, the Data and Reporting Analyst is passionate about using all things data to achieve operational excellence and improve customer experience for the benefit of Victorians.

The responsibilities of the Data and Reporting Analyst will include:

- **Reporting**: Design and deliver automated and on-demand activity, performance, and financial reports and dashboards; undertake analyses using best practices to ensure accuracy, actionable insights, and traceable data.
- **Technical Support and Development**: Design, develop, and maintain systems, software, and integrations to meet organisational needs.
- **Data Insights and Communication**: Develop and deliver clear, tailored communications in various formats to share data insights and results with diverse audiences, adapting style and methods as needed.

**The Team**

The position of Data and Reporting Analyst forms a part of the Strategic Communications branch within The Corporate Services group.

The Corporate Services group consists of specialist functions including strategic communications, finance, investment and procurement, performance and governance, legal and legislation, people and culture, information technology and workplace services. Strategic Communications is focused on building our department's reputation and delivering on the DJSIR purpose by raising the profile of our key initiatives, investments and programs.

**About You**
- **Data Analysis and Routine Reporting**: Demonstrated experience working with data systems and metadata, extracting and analysing information, and preparing performance reports for a variety of audiences.
- **Conceptual and Analytical Ability**: Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, effectively navigating complex concepts and challenges.
- **Performance**: Proven ability to consistently meet high performance standards in a dynamic and fast-changing business environment.
