Nil however possession of tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Finance or Applied Finance will be well regarded.
Key responsibilities
- To supervise the administration activities related to the investment management of the Common Fund.
- Ownership of key operational relationships with third party providers. Responsibilities include: management of the existing contracts, monitoring of performance against Service Level Agreements and associated reporting.
- Management of staff scheduling and performance planning & development of direct reports.
- Ownership of systems and processes associated with the Investment Administration function of the Common Fund and PTIFs and implementation of identified improvements.
- Ownership of the internal control and operational risk environment of the Common Fund and PTIFs.
- Provision of advice to senior management in the area of funds management.
- Provision of assistance with the development and monitoring of the Investment Advisory Services' operational plan and budget.
- Undertake special projects and other duties as required.
