**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As an Investment Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in monitoring the investment operations and administration services relating to the Investment Managers. You will work closely with the Fund's Custodian, ensure accurate unit pricing, and actively monitor investment transactions as well as cash flow and liquidity. Additionally, you will provide valuable support to both the Investment Operations and Strategy teams.

Your main responsibilities will also include:

- Safeguard the integrity of unit pricing by supervising policies and processes.
- Collaborate in internal trading processes, liquidity management, and query management to ensure smooth operation.
- Engage in Operational Due Diligence reviews on Investment Managers and Third Parties as needed.
- Manage essential manager and Custodian documentation, maintaining proper organization and filing.
- Be involved in the seamless implementation of approved unlisted investments, guaranteeing precise execution of investment decisions.
- Establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders for the Fund's efficient and compliant operation.
- Continuously update investment administration policies, procedures, and provide unwavering support to the Investment Operations and Strategy teams.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- Relevant university degree (e.g., Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business with relevant finance and/or accounting major).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong numerical reasoning ability and a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of investment concepts including listed markets, unlisted vehicles and treasury.
