We provide an automated superannuation administration service to the superannuation industry. The Iress superannuation platform in an integrated and automated solution leveraging software to maximise automation to reduce manual handling.

As an Investment Supervisor you will report to the Team Leader - Superannuation and will be responsible for the smooth running of end to end Corporate Action processing ensuring accurate record keeping, timely processing and exceptional customer service.

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
- Monitor Corporate Action events through various sources including ASX announcements and company documentation.- Establish control records for each corporate action and monitor events.- Collate client instructions and complete entitlement forms in accordance with defined guidelines and client instructions.- Provide timely and accurate production of reporting to relevant stakeholders.- Process payment of income distributions to member account.- Credit cash / assets resulting in Corporate Action entitlements to member accounts.- Conduct portfolio rebalance, asset transfers, and other administrative tasks as needed.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

What you will bring:
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Actions.- Previous experience in the Superannuation industry.- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.- Knowledge of the Australian equity market.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fact paced environment.- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.- An enthusiastic attitude.- Demonstrate initiative and be proactive.
