Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
2. Provide information about Automic Investment Groups' products and services to clients, showcasing a deep understanding of the offerings.

3. Assist clients with account set-up, registration, and other administrative tasks.

4. Conduct thorough research to anticipate client needs and provide accurate and timely responses.

5. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.

6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documentation, and case notes in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

8. Assist in resolving client complaints or other issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and implementing corrective actions.

9. Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.

10. Contribute to team efforts by achieving individual and team performance targets and participating in team-building activities.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

2. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial or investment industry.

3. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.

4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.

5. Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

7. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

8. Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations, while maintaining a positive attitude.

9. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to help others and contribute to a positive team environment.

10. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours, if necessary.
