**What is the job about**:
**What you’ll love about the opportunity**:

- You will lead and manage the state sales teams, driving high-performance and be accountable for the revenue sales and budgets.
- You will lead the customer and industry engagement across the state engaging with customers regularly.
- You promote our customer service proposition and create exceptional customer added value by educating and informing them of these benefits.
- You will review sales forecasts and performance reporting, detailing results to budget, reviewing variances and creating action plans to correct any shortfall and optimise opportunities.
- Provide leadership and actively participate in S&OP forums on behalf of the state and with the Operations Manger lead the State Based people initiatives.
- The ability to grow in an exciting and customer-focused business, where your experience and ideas are valued and encouraged.
