**Duty Manager Position**

We have just opened a brand-new state of the art cafe located inside Monash Medical Centre Clayton.

**Henry and Co **are a new cafe located at Monash Medical Centre. It is a new state of the art dining hall and eatery. The company that is behind this dynamic concept has over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.

We're looking for the right person that has extensive experience within the hospitality industry, with solid organizational abilities. You will be responsible to coordinate and manage a large crew of front of house staff. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the business over a 7-day period.
- **RESPONSABILITIES**_
- Overseeing day to day operations

Opening and closing the business over a 7-day period
- Be hands on, making coffee, serving customers, stocking the business, placing orders.
- Rostering and cash handling.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety food regulation.
- Communicate and work closely with management
- Communicating effectively with clients and staff
- **SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**_
- Well, presented
- Basic computer skills
- 2-3 years of experience as a supervisor, duty manager or similar role.
- Coffee making
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administration, organization skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate catering requirements with customers, chefs and suppliers.

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
