Foreman/ Civil Supervisor to lead and supervise the completion of Subdivision projects
**Your new company**
Our client, a reputable Civil construction company is looking for a Foreman/ Civil Supervisor to join the business to lead and supervise the completion of Subdivision projects around the Brisbane area.
**Your new role**
In your new role, you will be working directly with the director and project engineer, focusing on the coordination and supervision of construction activities, safety, quality, environment, community, financial tracking. You will be an experienced, competent and confident leader with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders including: clients, project engineers, civil teams and subcontractors.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervising and managing a team and subcontractors
- Handling WHS responsibilities.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Working towards targeted budgets and timelines.
- Leading and maintaining culture of safety and productivity.
- Conduct Toolbox talks and prestart meetings.
- Working knowledge of plant capability and appropriate selection for required tasks.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- You need to have 5+ years' experience in a Foreman/ Civil supervisor role.
- Sub division supervision experience.
- Be able to lead and motivate a civil team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Relevant qualifications including construction white card.
