New Site Supervisor Opportunity

**Your new company**

Hays have partnered With a well-established residential developer in Brisbane's South side to Appoint a new Site Supervisor to look after around 20 custom homes.

Over a multitude of Years they have been creating quality communities and custom designed house and Land packages.

**Your new role**

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Liaising with Subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth running of labour, material Deliveries, etc.
- Meeting and Liaising with customers on site and over the phone
- Ensuring build Quality, cost and timeline are aligned with the contracts and specifications
- Develop strong Relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining strict Occupational Health & Safety regulation
- Deliver projects To the highest standard of client satisfaction and quality

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Current QBCC Supervisors Licence
- Experience in the volume Homes industry
- Thorough understanding the Construction process, critical inspection points, permit and WHS requirements
- Flexible and strong Problem-solving techniques to ensure build process runs smoothly
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Energy and enthusiasm to Drive the projects to schedule

**What you'll get in return**

In return for your strong efforts a substantial Package ranging around the $120,000 + Super + Car + Laptop + Phone mark will be Provided, as well as a multitude of pipelines to grow and develop within the organisation.
