Site Supervisors - Residential & Townhouse Construction | Brisbane & Surrounds

Are you a skilled Site Supervisor ready to take on exciting new projects across Brisbane and surrounding regions? Hays is currently recruiting for multiple reputable residential builders, offering opportunities to oversee both standalone homes and townhouse developments throughout Brisbane, and the outer suburbs.

Your new role

As a Site Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day operations of residential and townhouse construction sites. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This includes coordinating trades, managing schedules, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience supervising residential and/or townhouse construction projects
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and WHS standards
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate trades and subcontractors effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A current QBCC Site Supervisor licence and White Card
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
