Site Supervisor – Knock Down & Rebuild Custom Homes | Brisbane CBD Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 + Car + Super

License: QBCC Low Rise Builder (required)

About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-end custom knock down and rebuild (KDRB) projects across Brisbane's inner suburbs. You'll be managing bespoke new home builds from demolition through to handover, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and client satisfaction every step of the way.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise all on-site activities across multiple KDRB projects
  • Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet deadlines
  • Manage site safety, quality control, and compliance
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, and internal teams to deliver outstanding results
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and materials
  • Ensure all work meets QBCC and company standards

What We're Looking For

  • QBCC Low Rise Builder / Site Supervisor license (mandatory)
  • Proven experience delivering custom new homes or knock down rebuilds
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods and site management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and maintain high standards under pressure
  • Current driver's licence
