New Site Supervisor Opportunity
**Your new company**
Hays have partnered with a well established family-owned residential developer in Brisbane’s Bayside Area.
Over a multitude of years they have been creating quality communities and custom designed house and land packages. Their main objective is to enrich communities, by creating beautiful places for people to live, grow and explore.
**Your new role**
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth running of labour, material deliveries, etc.
- Meeting and liaising with customers on site and over the phone
- Ensuring build quality, cost and timeline are aligned with the contracts and specifications
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining strict Occupational Health & Safety regulation
- Deliver projects to the highest standard of client satisfaction and quality
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed, you will need to have:
- Current QBCC Supervisors Licence
- Trade qualification in Carpentry
- Thorough understanding the construction process, critical inspection points, permit and WHS requirements
- Flexible and strong problem-solving techniques to ensure build process runs smoothly and seamlessly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Energy and enthusiasm to drive the projects to schedule
- Experience with Onsite-Companion or similar construction management software
**What you'll get in return**
In return for your strong efforts a substantial package ranging around the $120,000 + Super + Car + Laptop + Phone mark will be provided, as well as a multitude of pipelines to grow and develop within the organization.
