**The Role**

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of 15-20 project homes in the Greenbank and Yarrabilba areas of Brisbane. Your primary focus will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate and schedule tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers, conduct regular site inspections, and collaborate closely with the project management team to address any issues or delays. Additionally, you will enforce company policies, maintain project documentation, and foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**About You**
- At least 12 months experience in volume home supervision, with a preferred background in carpentry.
- Essential QBCC site supervisor's license.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams.
- Sound understanding of safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance on-site.
- Onsite Companion software experience is a bonus.
- Valid driver's license.
