**The Role**:
Join our dynamic construction team as a Townhouse Project/Site Supervisor. This involves working under a Senior Site Supervisor and Construction Manager, ensuring the successful delivery of townhouse projects just under 100 lots.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily ops, manage subcontractors, safety, and quality.
- Schedule trades, plan timelines, and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate deliveries, liaise with suppliers, and manage QC.
- Conduct inductions, toolbox meetings, and uphold OH&S standards.
- Collaborate with the Project Management Team.

**Requirements**:

- QBCC Site Supervisor license.
- Specialized Townhouse Project Supervisor experience.
- Expertise in all construction stages, including base and slabs.
- Stable employment history, commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
- Strong understanding of OH&S procedures; ability to manage a Lead Hand.
