**THE POSITION**:
Supporting the Managing Director along with coordinating the office, this challenging role will see you thrive, excel and feel a sense of achievement.
You will be the point of contact for the entire office and be across all activities.

You will have a strong "can-do" attitude and demonstrate a high level of initiative, discretion and attention to detail.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Support Managing Director in all business functions
- Efficiently manage the office
- Answering, screening and directing telephone calls
- Organise meetings
- Diary management
- Maintain office environment
- Produce reports
- Coordinate meetings & events to include company functions, private events, conferences & catering
- Office supplies
- Client engagement
- Supporting any additional administrative or operational ad-hoc requests for the wider team
- General administrative tasks
**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 5 years office management experience
- MS Office - Intermediate to Advanced
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Be highly organised with a good memory
- Willingness to put your hand to any task
- Have a confident approach
**WORK TYPE**: Permanent Full Time
**HOURS**: 8.00 am - 4.00 pm
**LOCATION**: Kingsgrove
**SALARY**:$80-90K + Super
