**About the Role**

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused **Client Contracts Officer**to join our Client Acquisitions and Retention team. Reporting to the Client Contracts Manager, this role will play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support to ensure the accurate creation, management, and compliance of client contracts in line with NDIS standards.

**Role Duties**
- Undertake the end-to-end process of the creation, management, and renewal of client contracts
- Capture client goals, expectations, and funding requirements
- Work collaboratively across teams to meet regulatory, legal, and budget guidelines
- Respond to and resolve contract queries, or escalate where required
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation for internal and external use
- Support auditing, reporting, and document control processes
- Provide input into continuous improvement and process development

**What We Look For**
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Experience using Care Management Systems (Lumary, VisiCase, or similar essential)
- Solid understanding of the NDIS, its structure, and funding requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- Confident using digital systems, with a high level of tech literacy
- Problem-solving mindset—comfortable asking questions and troubleshooting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A proactive, reflective approach to continuous improvement
