Office Administration Allrounder

Cottage Point Boat Shed is a shipwright/boat repair yard located at Cottage Point (on Sydney's Northern Beaches area). We require an administration/accounts assistant to co-ordinate the office.
This is a varied role that will cover all aspects of the business by providing day to day business support to the owner inc. accounts and general admin and client enquiries.
The Successful applicant would require
- At least 5 years experience in an admin position preferably small business structure.
- Xero accounting software is used for accounting purposes however, experience with MYOB or Quickbooks is acceptable.
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and outlook
- Good organizational skills but requires an easy going, patient nature, that can be flexible to cope with frustrations as they occur.
Must be permanent Australian Resident (not working visa) and excellent verbal and written English.
Must have own car as remote location and be willing to work in small sized office on the waterfront adjacent to the tradesman workshop.
Salary and working hours to be negotiated with ideal applicant.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
