**Bolton Clarke Winders Lodge, Banora Point** is seeking an experienced Administration Officer who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
Become a member of our integral administrative team and join us in providing quality support and high-level customer service across our aged care facility.
**About the Opportunity**:
- Provide a wide range of administrative support and reception services, including coordinating the admission process for residents
- Undertake day-to-day data entry in site / service systems including rostering, appointment of new employees, creditor invoices, etc
- Ensure effective communication flow between direct care and site management staff, Departments and Divisions
- Coordinate the admission process
- Provide a high level of customer service, promoting a positive relationship with internal and external customers
- Use a variety of Bolton Clarke internal systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Provide administrative support including recruitment, orientation and facilities
- Assist with recruitment and orientation administrative processes including creating and maintaining employee data within the relevant HR and Payroll systems
**About you**:
- Certificate III in Business Administration or similar
- Strong background an administrative role
- Experience in staff roster management preferred
- Empathy and genuine passion for helping the elderly
- Experience working in aged care desirable
- Strong ability to navigate new systems/programs
- Great interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal
