**About the Role**

As a key member of our sales administration team, you’ll support our daily operations and assist with the entire sales cycle, working closely with our Senior Sales Coordinator. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong organisational skillset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Administration**:

- Process customer orders accurately, generate invoices, and manage documentation.
- Raise and track purchase orders, coordinating timely deliveries.
- Manage logistics, including international shipments and inventory, with proactive communication to customers.
- Quickly resolve any shipment issues, ensuring smooth, customer-focused solutions.
- **General Office Administration**:

- Order and maintain office supplies and manage bookkeeping tasks such as expenses and bill reconciliation.
- Assist in event planning, from tradeshows to travel arrangements for staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
