**About The Role**

**Providing support to the Endeavour Group Safety, Health & Wellbeing to drive continuous ownership, improvement and compliance to the Endeavour Group and business unit Health and Safety Management Systems and Risk Management practices.**

**What You’ll be Doing**:

- **Support in the development of a single Endeavour Group Health and Safety Management System in compliance with the National Audit Tool for Self Insurance (NAT) and applicable WHS legislation.**
- **Support in providing governance, reporting and management of the Health and Safety Management System to ensure continued performance and compliance.**
- **Support in document controlling Health and Safety Management System content for Endeavour Group and its business units, including the Safety, Health & Wellbeing Risk Register.**
- **Support Endeavour Group and business units in scheme and Self Insurance licence programs.**
- **Support in the development of the Endeavour Group Safety, Health & Wellbeing Risk Profile.**
- **Preparation and issuing of the Safety Pack in accordance with Safety Pack Calendar for the Endeavour Group brands.**
- **Support Group Health & Safety Systems Manager and Group Risk Management with capacity planning for the Endeavour Group brands.**

**A Bit About You**
- **Knowledge of Health and Safety Management Systems in alignment to the NAT for Self Insurance or AS45001.**
- **Knowledge of Health and Safety Risk Management principles in alignment to NAT for Self Insurance or AS31001.**
- **Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.**
- **Ability to understand and interpret Health and Safety data and terms.**
- **Strong knowledge and experience using Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Microsoft Office suite of products or similar.**
