15-month fixed-term opportunity for a consultant to join our wonderful Early Careers team. As an Early Careers Consultant, you will a key role within our People & Culture team by delivering strategic and diverse early career talent pipelines that meet the required future capability needs of our business.

**In this Consultant role, you will**:
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to plan and execute recruitment campaigns to attract the best talent to NAB's Early Career opportunities.
- Present and engage with talent on and off campus and promote NAB's brand as an Employer of Choice. Attend and present at university careers fairs, information sessions, networking events and high school sessions.
- Drive the development of early career pipelines by building strong partnerships with key industry bodies, Tertiary Institutions, high schools, and student societies.
- Design, coordination, and delivery of key program milestones including but not limited to pre-engagement, onboarding, induction, development activities, program roll off etc.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and program initiatives through data analysis and feedback mechanisms. Manage post campaign and in program reporting and analysis with focus on process improvement and NPS.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Experience in program management and end-to-end service delivery within complex or volume environments.
- Learning & Development industry experience a preference.
- Senior Stakeholder Management -ability to influence across levels and foster strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. Presents professionally and with confidence.
- Experience presenting and facilitating workshops to audiences of 100+
- Strong client focus (internal and external), with a high degree of urgency and responsiveness.
- Tertiary qualification highly desirable.
