ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our team as a Careers Engagement Consultant and help shape the careers of future Chartered Accountants. You will work with the Careers Engagement Manager and the Trans-Tasman Careers Engagement team to design and implement stakeholder engagement tactics.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Educate and inspire students and graduates about becoming a Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Manage relationships with employers, graduates, educators, students, and other key stakeholders.
- Promote and support brand campaigns and values.
- Manage a team of CA Student Representatives on campus.
- Represent CA ANZ at university career fairs and student society events.
- Execute tactical campaigns to meet the needs of students and employers.
- Assist with the coordination of the CA Speaker Program.

You’re a dynamic, people-focused professional with a talent for building relationships and inspiring students and graduates to explore careers in accounting. Confident in both face-to-face and phone interactions, you thrive in environments like career fairs and industry events. You’re team-oriented, driven to make an impact, and excited to grow your network while shaping the future of accounting.
- Experience or interest in graduate recruitment or early careers.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
