**About this role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated
**Early Careers Learning & Development Consultant** to join our vibrant and enthusiastic team based in either
**Brisbane**,
**Melbourne**, or
**Sydney**. In this role, you will contribute to building Arup’s capabilities across our region in the early careers space, to support the continuous learning and development of our future talent. You will have access to a network of L&OD professionals supporting you to make a big impact as you continue to grow your career.

**What will I do?**
- Facilitate and deliver informative, impactful, and participative learning events / training sessions to internal staff across the region; both virtually and in-person as required.
- Ensure internally developed courses are delivering consistent 'messages' that are aligned with the firm's policies, strategies, and business plans.
- Where appropriate, design relevant instruments for assessing the learning of course participants.
- Expand methods for evaluating learning effectiveness and contribute to the continual improvement of the region's early career learning and development initiatives.

**What will I bring?**
- Relevant experience in Adult Education / Workplace Training or in Adult Education / Facilitation as well as relevant learning and development experience
- Strong facilitation experience across a range of learning interventions and audiences
- Demonstrated ability to lead an initiative through the learning cycle.
- Proficiency in creating quality learning materials (e.g. workshop manuals, job aids, etc.)
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
