**The Role**:
Due to our growing portfolio of projects, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Land Lead **to join our team. This is a permanent, full time position located in either Melbourne, CBD or South Bank, QLD. The Land Lead will be responsible for ensuring that site control is obtained, maintained and achieved across a large portfolio of renewable energy projects. A client centric approach combined with strong capability in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal project stakeholders, development partners and land owners across all stages of acquisition, development, construction and commissioning will be essential.
**About You**:
- Tertiary qualifications (or similar) in a relevant field such as real estate, project development, law or agronomy
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in the same or similar role involving the commercial assembly of project land
- A commercial mindset and client centric approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including with difficult and complex external stakeholders
- Ability to complete tasks within designated timeframe and prioritise accordingly
