The Land Development Manager, reporting through to the Head of Commercial, is responsible for securing land agreements to facilitate the development of a portfolio of renewable energy projects comprising of wind farms, solar farms and energy storage projects and ensuring that their team has clear priorities. The role is highly visible amongst the communities in which Tilt Renewables is developing renewable energy projects. Each project can have many adjoining rural landowners and so this is the key role responsible for developing and maintaining enduring relationships within the rural communities. This role is responsible for two direct reports: a Project Land Developer who will support the securing of land agreements and a Land Contracts Administrator.

**Your background**
- Minimum graduate level degree in a commercial/Engineering or related discipline(s);
- Experience in a project development environment with a preference for renewable energy, energy infrastructure, other linear infrastructure experience.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with demonstrated track record of securing landholder agreements (leases & easements) in rural and regional Australia.
- Ability to undertake extensive domestic travel to project locations in rural and regional Australia.
- Valid driver licence and ability to drive long distances required for site and landholder visits.
