As a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Lead, you’ll be playing a crucial role in delivering continuous onsite optimisation and highly personalised experiences to users that truly delight and inspire action. With a special focus on digital acquisition, through
**optimising landing pages** you’ll be in a team responsible for accelerating growth at Xero. We are looking for someone who has experience for acquisition.

Establishing a framework alongside tactical execution, you’ll have your eye on the long-term prize, while constantly learning from live experiment performance. You’ll be data-savvy, commercially astute and adept at working with both business and technical stakeholders to drive #beautiful experiences that deliver high quality customer conversion and overall market share growth.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead the development, scoping and delivery of digital experiments to drive conversions across our digital channels
- Provide strategic advice and thought leadership to management as required in optimising the digital channels
- Utilise data to spark new ideas for optimising the customer experience
- Recommend business improvement initiatives relating to the digital channels
- Drive effective use of digital channel optimisation tools and technologies
- Ensure the organisation understands the customer experience journey from first touchpoint through to in-product
- Identify data gaps and influence a group of stakeholders to close the data gap
- Identify new business opportunities including acquisitions, rationalisations and new initiatives to drive commercial growth
- Conduct A/B, multivariate and experience tests to continually drive and measure digital performance
- Build personalised experiments based on segmentation, audience selection and behavioural rules
- Work alongside the Digital Product team to deliver high quality experiments with in line with our digital ecosystem
- Implement frameworks that allow regional and other teams to experiment and merchandise across key regional touchpoints independently and with the least amount of skill and training required
- Work across the digital team to ensure that we have optimised for experimentation velocity and impact, and that CRO can work as autonomously as possible to deliver step meaningful changes in conversion, while following the mínimal viable process required

**Data-driven**
- Liaise with data teams to understand all data-related aspects of experimentation
- Contribute requirements for always-on reporting, tooling and dashboarding
- Analyse experiment performance, report on results and share learnings with the wider business, helping to drive business enablement
- Work with others to turn winning test experiences into permanent enhancements
- Contribute to the repository of learnings/outcomes
- Communicate strategy, results and program status updates to stakeholders

**What you'll bring with you**:

- 7+ years of experience with onsite conversion rate optimisation ie. Landing Pages Optimisation
- Sound knowledge of digital channel optimisation tools and technologies
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of best practices in digital channel development and digital marketing
- Ability to negotiate with stakeholders at all levels to achieve objectives
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong prioritisation skills
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager or equivalent
- Experience with human-centred design, service design or design thinking
- Skilled in HTML and the ability to write script code is a plus
- Experience in collaborative design tools such as Miro
