**Your new company**:
Our client is a reputable engineering consultancy who is known for their diverse land development projects. They have a dynamic and innovative organisation who is experiencing massive growth.

**Your new role**:
As a Team Lead (also known as Principal Civil Design/Engineer). You will be working in the heart of Melbourne. Our client is looking for someone that has experience working on land development projects.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate and assist project teams in the preparation of concept designs, functional layouts, estimates & specifications.
- Tender and contract documentation and design reports for a range of projects
- Leading Juniors and assisting with design work
- Coordinating & delegating different projects
- Designs at concept and ensure designs comply with standards.

**Skills & Experience**:

- 10+ years of engineering experience
- Sound knowledge of civil engineering design within a land development context
- Experience leading small teams
- Experience engaging with a diverse range of clients
- Effective communication skills and ability to liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and regulatory authorities
