Practice Manager
to join the team on a 3 - 6 month contract basis, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position

Your responsibilities will include leading and motivating staff, managing scheduling and resources, driving process improvements, and maintaining strong communication between teams, clients, and leadership.

  • Two office locations, Cremorne and SE Suburbs
  • Role to be situated in SE Suburbs with potential flexibility to work out of Cremorne.

What do you do?

  • Lead and coordinate daily administrative and client services operations
  • Allocate tasks and staffing across teams to meet service demands
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and systems
  • Facilitate effective cross-team communication
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional growth
  • Track and report on performance metrics, staffing, and operational effectiveness

What do you need?

  • 3+ years in an operations or practice management role, with accounting, finance, or advisory services
  • MUST have Xero Experience
  • MUST have Igniton Experience
  • MUST have a proficient understanding of ASIC
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a talent for process improvement
  • A people-centered leadership style, collaborative, empathetic, and culture-oriented
  • Passion for workplace wellbeing, culture, and sustainable business practices
