**The Role**
The **Reception Manager** is a vital role that couples daily oversight and mentoring of the reception and nursing team, with high level support of the Practice Manager. It is a visible role that also contributes to the smooth running of the front desk and provision of exceptional patient care.
**Advanced knowledge of Best Practice is required.**

**About You**
This position will suit an experienced senior Medical Receptionist/Secretary or someone with experience ‘acting up’ into a coordinating/managing role ready to take that next step toward practice management in their career. You’ll exhibit a natural passion for guiding and mentoring. You'll flourish with support from an exceptional Practice Manager and relish the opportunity to work within a high-functioning team in a collaborative and supportive manner.

**Salary & Benefits**
The salary and benefits on offer are very attractive; circa $35.00- $40.00p/h + Super, and negotiable depending on experience. **High Street Medical Clinic** offers a range of well being initiatives, career progression, training and professional development opportunities.
