About the role
The Learning and Capability unit is seeking a motivated, collaborative and experienced Designer and Facilitator.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Designer and Facilitator, assisting with designing, developing, and facilitating learning programs in collaboration with stakeholders within Parliament of Victoria.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate proven experience in designing and facilitating learning programs. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Demonstrated success creating and delivering human-centred learning and development programs, with a focus on building capability.
- Experience in designing and writing impactful training material with strong attention to detail.
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
